Equipment Characteristics
Fully Automated Closed-Loop Operation: The system integrates the entire automated process—including train formation, lifting, forming, palletizing, and pallet conveyance—completely replacing manual operations and enabling seamless integration with high-throughput production lines.
High-lift modular lifting system: Equipped on the left side with a vertical, rigid lifting column and a high-lift top-cut/load-bearing turntable mechanism, it can smoothly and precisely grasp pallets or shelves and stack materials across multiple levels.
High-Efficiency Roller Conveyor Direction Change: The yellow area ahead features an integrated turning/rotating heavy-duty roller conveyor equipped with safety guardrails, enabling smooth direction changes, lateral movement, and docking of fully loaded pallets.
Overloading and Modular Arrangement: The central palletizing core area utilizes segmented steel sorting belts and stop cylinders, enabling flexible sorting and full-layer formation to accommodate different arrangement requirements for bottles, cans, or cases.
High Integration and Safety Protection: The entire machine features a high-contrast industrial safety color scheme of black, yellow, and silver, and is equipped with a sturdy physical guardrail and a transparent viewing window, which not only allows operators to monitor internal operations in real time but also provides comprehensive personal safety protection within the work area.
