Automatic Bottle Palletizer For PET & Glass Bottles | Bulk Container Palletizing Machine
This fully automatic high-level layer-by-layer palletizer handles loose bottles of various sizes—from small to large—and supports mainstream standard pallet sizes. It enables stable stacking at high densities and heights, designed specifically for unboxed loose PET and glass bottles.
Equipment Overview
The system picks bottles individually, groups them, and stacks them in layers onto standard plastic pallets. Dividers are placed between layers, and completed pallets are conveyed directly to the stretch-wrapping station, creating a compact, stable, and fully automated end-to-end operation.
Core Equipment Structure
Loose Bottle Grouping and Feeding Unit:
- Production line conveys empty bottles to shaping station
- Bottle-guiding and sorting mechanism automatically aligns bottles into neat, single-layer groups
- All contact parts made of flexible 304 stainless steel protective plates to prevent scratches and breakage
High-Position Servo Layering, Gripping, and Stacking Main Unit:
- Gantry-type servo lifting and gripping mechanism synchronously picks up entire layers
- Stacks bottles precisely in staggered layers
- Automatic divider insertion mechanism adds separator pads between layers for enhanced stability
Dual-Pallet Circulating Storage Station:
- Two built-in pallet storage positions—one active, one standby
- Enables uninterrupted continuous production

Turntable Rotating Discharge Conveyor:
