Fully automatic palletizing machines are typically located at the end of the packaging production line. Through its mechanical structure, the machine automatically and neatly stacks products—such as boxes, bags, or cans—delivered by a conveyor belt onto empty pallets according to a preset arrangement pattern.
The entire machine features a servo-driven structure, an enclosed safety guard frame, and a PLC + touchscreen intelligent control system; It can sort products by layer, position them precisely, and stack entire layers smoothly onto pallets, supporting seamless switching between various stacking patterns.
The equipment is widely used in factories producing glass bottles, canned goods, food containers, and personal care packaging products. It automates the entire process from finished product palletizing to warehousing and outbound shipping, effectively replacing manual labor and enhancing production line stability and efficiency.

• High-Level Feeding and Layered Palletizing: Products are conveyed via an elevator to an elevated alignment table, where they are arranged according to the predefined pallet configuration. Once a layer is fully loaded, the layer-separating baffles open, allowing the entire layer of material to be smoothly deposited onto the pallet below in a single motion.
• High-Precision Palletizing Shaping: The equipment is equipped with four-sided side-pressing and top-pressing shaping mechanisms. As each layer of material falls onto the pallet, it is mechanically aligned and compacted, ensuring that the final pallet is square, compact, and resistant to collapse.
• Fully Automatic Pallet Handling: The system integrates an automatic empty pallet dispenser and a heavy-duty roller conveyor line. The machine automatically dispenses empty pallets and, once palletizing is complete, automatically conveys the loaded pallets to the next process.
