Working Principle
The equipment conveys bottles to the positioning station via a conveyor system. Photoelectric sensors or a vision system identify the bottle's position and orientation to ensure precise alignment. Subsequently, a robotic arm or pneumatic device places a preformed bag over the bottle.
Sealing, heat shrinking, or strapping completes the closure and shaping process. Some models feature a rotary station or servo control system, enabling simultaneous bagging of multiple bottles and continuous operation to enhance efficiency. The entire process is PLC-controlled, supporting preset parameters and one-touch switching to accommodate various bottle shapes and bag specifications.
