The fully automatic empty bottle bagging and packaging machine is a modern, high-efficiency, intelligent packaging device. Connected to the blow molding machine's slide chute, it uses pneumatic conveyor tracks or mesh belts to feed empty bottles into the machine's inlet at high speed and with stability.
By utilizing robotic arms to replace manual labor, it automatically completes the entire process—from bag retrieval, date printing, bag opening, filling, and sealing to the output of finished products. It is widely used across various industries, including food, beverages, personal care products, and pet food.
- Automatic bag feeding and opening system: Pre-formed bags are automatically retrieved and conveyed using pneumatic suction cups or mechanical grippers, and the bag openings are fully opened using vacuum nozzles or bag-opening mechanisms to prepare for filling.
- Heat-sealing and cooling system: A multi-stage, temperature-controlled heat-sealing mechanism is used for sealing, followed by cooling and setting to ensure that the seal is flat, neat, and airtight.
- PLC and Touchscreen Control System: The "brain" of the equipment, it centrally controls the machine's operational status, monitors parameters in real time, and provides automatic fault diagnosis and alarms.
- Servo motor pusher system: A servo motor drives the pusher plate to arrange empty bottles into a tight matrix formation on the sorting table according to the preset number of rows and columns. The servo pusher gently pushes the neatly arranged group of bottles into the pre-opened large plastic bag.
