Equipment Overview

The fully automatic vacuum heat-sealing packaging machine is specifically designed for the food, beverage, and chemical industries. This equipment integrates automatic film feeding, tension adjustment, film wrapping, high-vacuum extraction, and heat sealing into a single module, featuring a tinted viewing window for real-time monitoring of internal operations.

The machine includes a front-end finished product discharge conveyor belt and a rear-end expansion station for integration with bottle sorting machines, filling lines, and palletizers to form fully automated production lines.

Supporting packaging of round, square, and irregularly shaped plastic bottles, this machine offers simple and quick size changeovers, significantly reducing labor requirements while increasing packaging throughput.

Overall Workflow
  • Feeding Station: Upstream assembly lines convey full rows of plastic bottles to the positioning station, where mechanical alignment mechanisms automatically arrange bottles to ensure proper alignment for film sleeve application.
  • Automatic Film Unwinding Tension Control: The film holder loads tubular transparent packaging film, with servo film-unwinding mechanisms releasing film at constant speed. Tension damping assemblies maintain stable film tension to prevent stretching, misalignment, and wrinkling.
  • Automatic Film Sleeve Forming: Neatly arranged bottles are pushed through open film channels where film automatically wraps around entire sets, with transparent viewing windows allowing direct observation of the forming process.
  • Pneumatic Sealing and Cutting Station: Packaged products enter sealing areas where pneumatic heated cutting blades instantly close, simultaneously sealing and cutting film. Pressure gauges monitor pneumatic pressure to ensure tight seals and clean cuts without sticking or leaks.
  • Finished Product Discharge Conveyor: Fully packaged bottles are pushed by internal conveying mechanisms onto blue discharge belt conveyors, smoothly exiting the equipment and completing single-set packaging processes.
  • Closed-Loop Intelligent Control: PLC-based electronic control systems centrally regulate film feed speed, conveyor speed, sealing temperatures, and pneumatic pressure, automatically triggering alarms and shutdowns for film shortages, bottle jams, or abnormal pressure conditions.
