The fully automatic bottle sorting machine consists of a large-capacity storage hopper, an inclined lifting and conveying mechanism, an automatic bottle sorting and alignment assembly, and an electronic control and safety system. It automatically performs bottle storage, lifting, and sorting operations, and delivers bottles in an orderly manner to downstream production equipment, completely replacing manual bottle sorting tasks.
The entire machine is constructed from 304 food-grade stainless steel and features a fully enclosed, dust-proof design that meets cleanroom standards. The equipment can accommodate a single batch of loose, unorganized empty plastic bottles; its variable-frequency drive ensures stable operation, while the soft-grip mechanism minimizes scratches and damage to the bottles. It is compatible with a wide range of plastic bottle specifications, including PET beverage bottles and cosmetic bottles.
