Fully Automatic Dual-Station Pneumatic Plastic Bottle Leak Tester For High-Speed Inspection

This leak tester features a linear, integrated design with a high-precision pneumatic control unit, pressure transducer detection system, and intelligent PLC control panel integrated into the lower section.

The middle section is equipped with an adjustable lateral clamping conveyor belt and photoelectric positioning sensors, while the upper section features dual pneumatically controlled test heads.

On the production line, plastic bottles move sequentially along the conveyor belt. Once photoelectric sensors detect proper bottle positioning, two probes simultaneously press down to perform an inflation test, automatically screening out non-conforming products and enabling medium- to high-speed, non-destructive 100% in-line inspection.

This equipment is primarily designed to ensure the sealing quality of hollow plastic containers:

• High-precision detection: Imported high-precision pressure sensor accurately detects even the smallest pinholes and air leaks, preventing product leakage.
• Human-Machine Interface and PLC Intelligent Control: Full-color LCD touchscreen displays real-time test pressure curves, pass rates, and leak data for quick machine setup.
• Height Adjustability and Flexible Clamping: Upper test indenter holder supports wide mechanical height adjustment, and side-mounted clamping guide rails are adjustable for quick adaptation to various bottle heights and volumes.
• Automatic Rejection and Production Line Integration: System automatically signals test completion, directing qualified products forward and non-conforming items to scrap bins via pneumatic pusher or air-blow mechanism for fully automated operation.
